We invite you to visit our campus where you will experience our richly diverse student population, an exciting academic atmosphere, and a natural beauty found only in the heart of the Southwest.

The Office of Admissions offers campus tours on Monday, Wednesday and Friday beginning at 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.  These weekday campus visits begin on our South Campus in the Student Support & Services Center located at 1155 University Boulevard SE.  Reservations are required and two weeks’ notice is recommended.  Scheduled weekday campus visits include:

  • A 30-minute information session with a university representative about all that makes UNM unique, as well as admissions, financial aid, and scholarships.
  • A 60-minute walking tour on Main Campus through the heart of UNM, including a preview of the residence halls.
  • An informational trolley ride through South and Main Campuses.

The Office of Admissions also offers a campus tour on the second Saturday of each month beginning at 9:45 a.m.  These second Saturday visits begin on our Main Campus at the Student Union Building, Information Desk.  Reservations are required and two weeks’ notice is recommended.  Scheduled second Saturday campus visits include:

  • A 30-minute information session with a university representative about all that makes UNM unique, as well as admissions, financial aid, and scholarships.
  • A 60-minute walking tour on main campus through the heart of UNM, including a preview of the residence halls.
