UNM welcomes students transferring coursework earned at other institutions. Apply for admission as a transfer student if you have earned at least 24 semester credit hours at another college or university after completing high school. If all your college credit was earned through a dual enrollment program while in high school, please apply as a freshman student. Transfer applicants with less than 24 college credit hours should submit their high school transcripts and ACT or SAT scores as well as all college transcripts. Students who have completed at least 24 semester credit hours should provide only college transcripts. Use the Course Equivalencies link to see how your courses may transfer to UNM prior to admission. Once you are admitted, use the LOBO Trax Audit to see how your credits are applied to your UNM degree plan.
